These Terms are an agreement between you and Point Equity LLC (“we”, “us”) governing your use of Stratalyst. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service provides general, impersonal financial information and analytical tools. It is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and we are not acting as your investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary. See the Investment disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
You acknowledge that investing involves substantial risk, that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions, and that you will not rely on the service as the sole basis for any decision.
You are responsible for your account credentials. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider and renew until cancelled. Feature availability varies by plan.
You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial research. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish data or content from the service, or use it to provide advice to others.
Market data, filings, and news come from third-party sources and are subject to their terms. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your investment decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
